Do I need a technical background?
No. If you can write a status report, you have what you need.
Which AI tool do I need?
Any major assistant works. Examples use Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, and the prompts carry across all three.
Is it safe to use project data with AI?
Week 4 covers it: what to redact, what to keep out, and how to follow your employer's policy.
Do I earn PDUs?
